Below you'll find answers to common questions about ordering, deliveries, shipping, and payment options. When is the ordering deadline?
All wholesale orders must be submitted by Monday at 9:00 AM Central Time to be included in that week’s delivery or shipments.
When do deliveries occur?
We make local deliveries every Friday. Please note: the delivery schedule may shift due to holidays — our team will notify you in advance of any changes.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
Free delivery is available to orders of at least $60. Orders less than $60 will incur a $10 delivery fee.
Where do you deliver?
Coffee delivery is available to any wholesale partner within the Eastbank of Orleans Parish. If you're outside this area, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Do you offer shipping?
Yes — we offer shipping via UPS or USPS. You can select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Orders can be placed directly through the wholesale portal. Just log in, add items to your cart, and check out before the Monday deadline.
What payment options are available?
We offer several flexible payment methods for wholesale orders:
- Credit or debit card at the time of ordering; processed after fulfillment
- Check at the time of delivery
- Credit card on file – automatic payment processed after fulfillment
- Bill My Account – for wholesale accounts with approved payment terms
